THE THIRD PRESENCE
The Third Presence is a way to learn Reiki in a way that is grounded, experiential, and designed to strengthen the work you already do.
The Third Presence Reiki training is offered as a progressive learning experience rather than a compressed weekend course. You will learn, practice, reflect, return with questions, and gradually deepen your relationship with Reiki.
REIKI LEVEL I: Foundations
COMING IN OCTOBER
Establish a personal Reiki practice and begin bringing greater grounding, awareness, and presence into your work.
Reiki Level I introduces you to the foundations of the Usui system of Reiki.
You will learn the history and principles of the system, begin practicing Reiki for yourself and others, receive reiju, and explore how Reiki can support you personally and professionally.
REIKI LEVEL II: Deepening
Expand your Reiki practice and develop greater confidence using Reiki within helping relationships.
Reiki Level II is offered following the completion of the Level I training and 21-day integration period. This level deepens your experience of Reiki and introduces additional practices that support focused intention, emotional and mental healing, and connection beyond immediate physical presence.
Reiki II will also explore how helping professionals can remain grounded, ethically aware, and relationally attuned when bringing Reiki-informed principles into their work.

The Journey to Resonance uses Stephen Porges’ Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP) as a way to work with your individual and unique system to find safety and come into coherence.

GUIDED SSP/RRP SUPPORT

Recommended for medical & trauma recovery and emotional regulation.
This package is right for you if you are looking for moderate support, co-regulation, and occasional guidance to stay grounded and integrate the work. Ideally you are currently working with a therapist and have an established relationship with your nervous system.
PREMIUM SSP/RRP SUPPORT
$350 INITIAL FEE PLUS $385/MONTH
Recommended for medically complex and highly sensitive nervous systems.
This package is right for you if you are managing complex stress, trauma, or nervous system sensitivity and need close, consistent support for safety and progress.
